Delicious Fruit Yoghurt’s from Stapleton Farm in North Devon varieties include Raspberry, Apple & Blackcurrant and Nectarine & Passion Fruit

We offer a choice of organic white or organic malted granary toast or homemade soda bread, with a choice of branded sauces & homemade preserves to accompany your meal.

Fresh from the Kitchen

Traditional       Oak Smoked Cornish Dry Cured Back Bacon, Dartmoor Sausages, Grilled Tomato, Sautee Mushrooms & Free range Egg (may be poached, scrambled or fried)

Scrambled Eggs Served on a white or wholemeal muffin either plain or with Smoked Salmon or Oak Smoked Back Bacon.

Vegetarian       Grilled Tomato, Sautee Mushrooms, Baked Beans & Hash Browns. (Egg, Poached, Scrambled or fried if required) 

Salmon           Homemade Soda Bread spread with cream cheese & topped with Smoked Salmon.

Haddock          Atlantic caught Haddock; filleted, cured and Oak & Beech smoked served with poached or scrambled egg.

Kippers           Scottish Herring Fillets Beech smoked with Butter.

Porridge          Cooked in the traditional way with water; season & add a topping of your choice including fresh fruit from the buffet, honey or cream.

Tea                FairTrade Regular & Decaffeinated, English Breakfast, Assam, Darjeeling or Earl Grey

Coffee            Organic & FairTrade Filter or Decaffeinated

Spreads

You will find Devon Farm butter on the table, however if you prefer, we can provide both Flora and a dairy free Soya spread.

Preserves

You will find homemade marmalade on the table, but if you prefer something different, then we have plum or rhubarb & ginger jams available, both of which are home made.  The butter is made by Dunn Brothers at their dairy on Underdown Farm at Exbourne near Okehampton in Devon.
