Overcombe House has eight en-suite bedrooms where you can relax, unwind and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

All bedrooms have the following facilities:

24 inch LED colour television with integrated DVD/CD player
All our Classic rooms have a 32 inch Samsung Smart TV's connected to our superast broadband so you can enjoy your choice of streaming service - Netflix, Amazon Prime etc
Free Superfast Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel
Comprehensively stocked refreshment tray replenished daily
Crisp and fresh bed linen
Microfibre (similar to down, but hypoallergenic) duvets
Fluffy white towels and face cloths
Duck Island toilettries

In addition to the above, the larger Classic Rooms have:

Views over the garden and Dartmoor towards North Hessary Tor and Leather Tor.

We have three types of room:

Classic Double or Classic Twin rooms

Our Classic rooms are our most spacious and popular due to their size, they can be made up as a six-foot-wide double or twin depending on your requirements and they also enjoy stunning views.

Standard Double or Standard Twin rooms

Well-appointed rooms but smaller in size than the Classics and looking out over the front of the property.

Small Double rooms

These two rooms are ideal for the solo traveller or couples on a tighter budget.

All the bedrooms are welcoming, individually decorated and well presented. They have comfortable beds and en-suite showers. Our Standard Twin room is also equipped with a bath with shower above.

Our tariff varies depending on when you want to stay, the type of room, the number of adults sharing the room & the duration of your stay with us. All tariffs quoted on our on-line booking system are exclusive to our website and they will not be found elsewhere.

If you know when you would like to stay with us simply use our secure on-line booking system to check availability; then choose your room and enter your details & press confirm and it is as easy as that; no charges are placed on your card at the time of booking allowing you to settle your account on departure.

Easy access

Two of our bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which has been specially adapted for the less mobile visitor. The en-suite has a wheelchair accessible shower, toilet and washbasin and is equipped with both fixed and adjustable grab rails. A stool for the shower and seat riser for the toilet are available on request.
